Starting February 1, 2008 Fremont Pediatric Medical Group will be known as Kaiser Permanente Fremont West Medical Offices. The same doctors at Fremont Pediatric Medical group will be Kaiser Permanente providers, accepting only patients with Kaiser health plans. Exceptions to this are:
- Some PPO patients - check with your PPO plan to see if you can see us as an "out of network" provider
- Patients who choose to pay cash at the time of service
